Returns
- For returned products make sure first to make an unboxing video as proof. for return send a video and we will check and get back to you.
- Items can be returned within 7 to 14 of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order items, including bespoke furniture and personalized art pieces, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and applicable only to non-customized products.
Damages and Issues
